Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for any reason.

The product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, so please keep the box until you are sure. Return shipping is at your own expense, and we do not charge restocking fees.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET/CEST, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same business day with DPD.

Total delivery time is 1-3 business days to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Denmark, 2-4 to France and Luxembourg, and 3-6 to most other EU countries. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Register your return in our return portal: Return Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used for the order.

Please do not send anything back before registering it, as returns are received at a separate address and an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to your order. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Email us at info@qplayy.com with your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue, and we will resolve it.

A damaged or faulty product is covered by your statutory guarantee of at least 2 years, so we cover the return shipping and provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This is separate from the 14-day return right.
